Not your regular coffee bean from Columbia! As a country, Columbia is typically associated with bold flavors and dense coffee beans. We were surprised at the complexity and fruit notes in this bean so we wanted to include it in our first release. 

Asociación Rica Brisa is a collective of coffee producers that started thanks to the leaders of the region and the training they gave with FNC (Federación Nacional de Cafeteros). It started in 2022, and it has 35 associates with a main objective, to execute their own logistics and to be able to export specialty coffee by themselves. This bean originates from Huila, nestled in-between the Central and Eastern ranges of the Andes, with the middle area called the Magdalena Valley. The variation in elevation results in Huila being one of the country's most unique and complex regions of coffee production. Its terroir, climate, and harvest cycles all contribute to the quality of coffee produced here.
