Tanzania’s coffee heritage is deeply rooted in smallholder farms, where generations of growers have cultivated Arabica coffee under the shade of banana and avocado trees. This lot features peaberries, a naturally occurring variation where only one small, round bean develops inside the coffee cherry instead of the usual two. Because of their compact shape, peaberries often roast more evenly and are said to deliver a more concentrated, lively flavor compared to traditional flat beans.
